DuoraYou can delete your Duora data at any time. Duora has no user accounts and no login (including no Facebook login), so there is no profile to close: the data that exists is small and listed below, with how to delete each part.
Quick request: email suporte@vibequente.com.br with the subject “Duora data deletion”. We reply within 15 days.
1. Data on your device — you delete it instantly
Player names, game history and preferences stay only on your phone.
- Open Duora.
- Tap the Settings icon (top right of the home screen).
- Choose Data → Erase everything on this device and confirm.
Uninstalling the app also removes all of it.
2. Distance-mode rooms — deleted automatically within 24 hours
The first name typed, the room code and the answers stay on the server for up to 24 hours and are then deleted automatically. You don't need to do anything.
If you want them deleted sooner, email the request with the room code (5 letters) and the first name used, and we will delete the room.
3. Reports
If you reported or were reported, a separate record exists (room code, reason, first names, topic and the reported text) that is not deleted with the room. It is kept only as long as needed to review the case and comply with Google Play rules. To ask for deletion, email the report's reference number; we delete it once the review is complete and there is no legal duty to keep it.
4. Advertising ID (Google AdMob)
The advertising ID belongs to your device and is processed by Google, not by us. To reset or delete it: Android Settings → Google → Ads → Reset / Delete advertising ID. You can also turn off ad personalisation there.
How to request by email
Click the button below (it opens your email app pre-filled) or write to suporte@vibequente.com.br with:
- subject: Duora data deletion;
- what you want deleted (room, report or everything);
- the room code and/or the report reference, if you have them;
- the first name you used in the match.
We don't ask for ID documents, passwords or any data beyond that. We confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
Data from third parties, including Meta
Duora requires no login and does not receive or store profile data from Facebook, Instagram or any other platform. So there is no Meta profile data to delete in our system.
